How long to visit for?
How long is a piece of string?
Most people would spend about an hour going round.
You can rush round much faster if you wish and that is what some of my very young visitors will do.
If you want to read everything I have written, then you will spend the day in the museum.
Car parking
Dinosaurland Fossil Museum is situated in the narrow streets of the Old Town and there is no car parking on site.
The car parks at Charmouth Road and Holmbush (on the A3052 to Sidmouth) are long stay carparks which are relatively cheap for the whole day.
The nearest carpark is on Hill Road, but like other carparks in the town, is much more expensive.
A park and ride service operates in peak season from the Charmouth Road.
